Our Origins
New Green Hemp (OTC Markets ticker symbol: NGHI) is a publicly traded entity focused on providing holistic solutions to address the stresses of modern life. In today’s fast-paced world, individuals seek natural ways to navigate the daily challenges that impact their well-being.
However we are more than just a provider of well products and solutions; we are a community that values well-being, transparency, and the pursuit of balance. Our mission is to empower individuals to embrace a holistic approach to self-care, by integrating the benefits of our natural products into their daily routines.
New Green Hemp was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to a happier, healthier and more peaceful state of mind and body, regardless of circumstance.
Originally incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, Galenfeha Inc. was established in 2013. In December 2024, the Company changed its name to New Green Hemp, Inc., and its stock symbol to NGHI. The company’s business involves several aspects related to the hemp-growing and sales industry.
Our Mission
We work in both the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer segments. This includes mass production and sales of hemp for biofuels and textiles as well as consumer products. Our products improve sleep, reduce inflammation, relieve anxiety, provide mental clarity and allow for peace of mind. We are committed to making the most reliable products from only the highest quality plants. Our products are 100% natural & free of chemicals.
We prioritize organic and regenerative farming methods. We avoid harmful pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, creating a harmonious environment where crops flourish. Each seed planted is a promise of our commitment to quality. We embrace innovative and ethical techniques to optimize yields without compromising the integrity of the land. Our farmers are not justcaretakers; they are stewards of the environment—carefully tending to each crop with a sense of responsibility and a genuine love for the land. Additionally, we work closely with local and state regulatory authorities to ensure safe and responsible farming practices.

Tracy S. Anderson | Executive Chairman
Tracy S. Anderson has established an impressive career in the medical market by integrating his expertise as a skilled surgical technician with his corporate experience. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Anderson began working in the medical industry as a Cardiopulmonary Systems Specialist with Baxter Healthcare. After Baxter, he helped develop two intraocular lens companies, Ioptex, Inc. and Chiron, from the ground up.
In 2002, Mr. Anderson founded Atlanta-based T2MED, Inc., one of the Southeast’s most innovative private companies in the growing spinal device market. In 2008, he merged T2 into Amendia, Inc. as one of its founding partners. With Mr. Anderson as the President of its Sales and Marketing group, Amendia grew to over $85 million in sales before being acquired by private equity for $190 million. In December 2012, Mr. Anderson licensed a unique stem cell lineage from the University of Miami for potential use in general orthopedics. In March of 2013, VIVEX Biologics was spun out from Amendia as a freestanding entity.
In November 2014, Mr. Anderson was instrumental in the acquisition of the University of Miami Tissue Bank, the oldest and one of the most prestigious human tissue facilities in the world. UMTB immediately became VIVEX Biologics, a fully owned subsidiary of VIVEX Biologics, Inc. In July of 2019, Mr. Anderson transitioned from his role as President and CEO to the role of Vice Chairman. He remains a member of the Board of Directors. Through his leadership and innovation, VIVEX Biologics has grown to become a leading tissue and cell therapy company with scientifically based technologies, an unsurpassed patent portfolio, and significant revenue in the spine and orthopedic space.
Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has partnered with some of the medical industry’s top experts in the areas of general orthopedics, spine surgery, sports medicine, cardiovascular surgery, ophthalmic surgery, and oncology. He is a member of several other professional organizations and advisory boards, including the Advisory Committee for Surgical Technology at Gwinnett Tech in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Travis Cockerham | CEO & Director
Travis Cockerham’s journey has been marked by a passion for innovation and a commitment to transforming the health and wellness industry. His career began in 2013, delving into agriculture, and in 2015, he founded New Green Organiks, a company focused on bolstering localized food supply chains.
In 2016, Travis established NORML Tallahassee (501c-4), advocating for sensible wellness laws. With the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, he seized the opportunity to develop CBD products for holistic health and pursued further expertise in Hemp Science at Cornell University.
The year 2021 marked a pivotal point in Travis’s journey as he embarked on Sustainable Business Strategy studies at Harvard Business School. Concurrently, he partnered with accomplished executive chef Jesse Rice to form North Florida Hemp Farms. Here, their joint expertise led to groundbreaking research and development in hemp strains specifically acclimated to Florida’s unique climate, using cutting-edge techniques such as tissue culture and genomic expression.
Collaboration has been a key element of Travis’s career, as he has joined forces with top experts in the agriculture industry to develop resilient strains and innovative products. His vision extends far beyond just the hemp space, as he has explored applications in healthcare, agriculture, construction, and even biofuel industries.

Michael C. Minardi | Director
Michael C. Minardi is the Senior Partner at Minardi Law. For over 20 years, Michael has dedicated his practice to fighting for clients charged with cannabis crimes and advocating for cannabis law reform and personal freedoms. Michael’s practice represents clients in corporate cannabis consulting, application preparation, lobbying, forfeiture matters, civil litigation, and criminal matters. He has won many medical cannabis cases, including several landmark high-profile cases in Florida. He won the first and second jury trials ever in Florida presenting the medical necessity defense to cultivation and possession of cannabis charges. Michael has represented over 40 patients using marijuana for medical purposes, and over a dozen veterans, including defending Kristoffer Lewandowski in Oklahoma, a ten-year marine veteran, in who was facing 2 to life in 2017 for cultivating five plants.
