Travis Cockerham | Chief Executive Officer
Travis' journey began in agriculture in 2013, followed by founding New Green Organiks in 2015 to strengthen local food supply chains. In 2016, he launched NORML Tallahassee to advocate for cannabis law reform and later expanded into CBD product development. He founded New Green Hemp in 2020, a CBD brand focused on accessibility and affordability, and in 2021, partnered to establish North Florida Hemp Farms, pioneering cannabis strains tailored to Florida’s climate. With expertise in sustainable business strategy from Harvard and collaborations in agriculture, Travis has explored cannabis applications across healthcare, construction, and biofuels. Appointed CEO of Galenfeha, Inc., in 2023 (now NGHI), he continues to drive transformative innovation in the industry.

Archie F. Lowe, CLU®. |. Senior Vice President, Finance & Acting CFO
Archie founded Peachtree Benefit Group, an Atlanta-based insurance brokerage firm, in 1995, leading it to become an "Elite Broker" with Anthem of Georgia and achieve exclusive status with leading national carriers. The firm serves over 200 clients nationwide across diverse industries, offering comprehensive corporate benefit planning, industry insights, and technology solutions. A University of Georgia graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Archie also earned his Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU) designation in 1986. He has held leadership roles in industry organizations, including GAIFA and the Anthem of Georgia Advisory Board, and is a Partner with Acrisure LLC. Beyond his professional achievements, Archie is actively involved in civic and charitable initiatives, including the Terry College of Business Alumni Board, the Presidents Club, and McGill Society. He resides in Brookhaven with his wife, Robin

Tracy Anderson | Executive Chairman
Tracy S. Anderson has established an impressive career in the medical market by integrating his expertise as a skilled surgical technician with his corporate experience. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mr. Anderson began working in the medical industry as a Cardiopulmonary Systems Specialist with Baxter Healthcare. After Baxter, he helped develop two intraocular lens companies, Ioptex, Inc. and Chiron, from the ground up.
In 2002, Mr. Anderson founded Atlanta-based T2MED, Inc., one of the Southeast’s most innovative private companies in the growing spinal device market. In 2008, he merged T2 into Amendia, Inc. as one of its founding partners. With Mr. Anderson as the President of its Sales and Marketing group, Amendia grew to over $85 million in sales before being acquired by private equity for $190 million. In December 2012, Mr. Anderson licensed a unique stem cell lineage from the University of Miami for potential use in general orthopedics. In March of 2013, VIVEX Biologics was spun out from Amendia as a freestanding entity.
In November 2014, Mr. Anderson was instrumental in the acquisition of the University of Miami Tissue Bank, the oldest and one of the most prestigious human tissue facilities in the world. UMTB immediately became VIVEX Biologics, a fully owned subsidiary of VIVEX Biologics, Inc. In July of 2019, Mr. Anderson transitioned from his role as President and CEO to the role of Vice Chairman. He remains a member of the Board of Directors. Through his leadership and innovation, VIVEX Biologics has grown to become a leading tissue and cell therapy company with scientifically based technologies, an unsurpassed patent portfolio, and significant revenue in the spine and orthopedic space.
Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has partnered with some of the medical industry’s top experts in the areas of general orthopedics, spine surgery, sports medicine, cardiovascular surgery, ophthalmic surgery, and oncology. He is a member of several other professional organizations and advisory boards, including the Advisory Committee for Surgical Technology at Gwinnett Tech in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Travis Cockerham’s journey has been marked by a passion for innovation and a commitment to transforming the health and wellness industry. His career began in 2013, delving into agriculture, and in 2015, he founded New Green Organiks, a company focused on bolstering localized food supply chains.
Recognizing the potential of cannabis, in 2016, Travis established NORML Tallahassee (501c-4), advocating for sensible cannabis laws. With the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, he seized the opportunity to develop CBD products for holistic health and pursued further expertise in Hemp Science at Cornell University.
In 2020, Travis launched New Green Hemp, a pioneering CBD retail brand based in Florida, aiming to make CBD products more accessible and affordable. The company’s mission resonated with many seeking natural wellness solutions.
The year 2021 marked a pivotal point in Travis’s journey as he embarked on Sustainable Business Strategy studies at Harvard Business School. Concurrently, he partnered with accomplished executive chef Jesse Rice to form North Florida Hemp Farms. Here, their joint expertise led to groundbreaking research and development in cannabis strains specifically acclimated to Florida’s unique climate, using cutting-edge techniques such as tissue culture and genomic expression.
Collaboration has been a key element of Travis’s career, as he has joined forces with top experts in the agriculture industry to develop resilient strains and innovative products. His vision extends far beyond just the cannabis space, as he has explored applications in healthcare, agriculture, construction, and even biofuel industries.

Donald J. Mock | Director
Mr. Mock was born in Hong Kong and spent many of his early years living and traveling extensively throughout Asia. Opting to leave Silicon Valley he decided to further his creative education with the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah Georgia, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design.
It was after leaving college that Mr. Mock accepted an elite position with the Turner Entertainment Group in Atlanta. There he worked for all of Turner Entertainment Group’s properties, including all of the various Networks and Operations.
It was after leaving Turner to work in Advertising/Design that Mr. Mock found his niche socially and professionally in Atlanta. Working full time initially at design shops Working Design and Bridge Communications. He then spent the next 2 1/2 years freelancing for numerous high-profile, award winning advertising agencies in the Atlanta area before finalizing a full time position with Summit where he ended his tenure there as Creative Director, leading teams in Atlanta, Chicago and D.C.
Mr. Mock has worked for numerous clients including: CNN, The Coca-Cola Company, Kellogg’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Adobe Software, Turner Entertainment Group, Heidi’s Gourmet Desserts, Captain D’s Seafood, Brown Forman, Diageo, Wayne-Sanderson Farms, VIVEX Biologics and Walmart to name just a few. He has won numerous awards from both professional organizations and publications.
In 2007 he left to form his own agency MOCK, the agency, where he is currently managing partner and creative principal with over 25 years of agency leadership experience.

Through exceptional leadership and strategic vision, he has led the firm to its designation as an “Elite Broker” with Anthem of Georgia and has attained exclusive status with many other leading national insurance carriers.
Since its inception, Peachtree Benefit Group has grown to include more than 200 clients throughout the United States across a multitude of industries in the private and public sectors. In addition to providing traditional employee benefit broker services, Peachtree Benefit Group offers clients a full spectrum of solutions-based services and advises them on industry best practices, changing healthcare legislation, the leading benefit technology platforms and executive benefits.
A native of Athens, Ga., Archie graduated from the University of Georgia in 1978 with a degree in Business Administration. He completed the American College of Financial Services designation program to earn his accredited Charted Life Underwriting (CLU) designation in 1986. Archie served as Chairman of Legislative and Governmental Affairs for the Georgia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (GAIFA), is a member of the Anthem of Georgia Advisory Board and is a Partner with Acrisure LLC, the fastest growing insurance brokerage firm in the United States. He is a member of the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters (AALU) and National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) as well as a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).
In addition to his service within the insurance industry, Archie is active in many civic and charitable foundations, including the Alumni Board for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, the Presidents Club and McGill Society at the University of Georgia, and Peachtree Presbyterian Church. He is a respected member of the Capital City Club in Atlanta and the Waterfall Country Club in Clayton.
